Use a Professional or DIY???

With the onset of economic challenges for all people, there are more people who are deciding to have DIY (do-it-yourself) projects such as decor, invitations, thank yous, catering, photography, etc. by soliciting the talents of friends, family, and of course carving out time to do them yourself.
